Yeah, same with me.
The only time I have a problem scrolling is when I'm driving and want to cancel the route I'm using, so I suppose I really should just pull over, stop and 'cancel route' safely.

Phild31,

I'm not saying it isn't a scroll bar, just that I never use it and never accidentally click options I don't want as long as I press into the screen when scrolling.

As for the scroll bar, I don't know if that's what it is, or just a visual indicator of how far you've scrolled the screen. I've never tried scrolling with it, and wouldn't bother if I can use the up/down buttons or scroll it manually. I DO use it to know how far down a list I've gone, but that's it.

Same here, I had scrolling problems for half a day till I learned to not baby it like an iPhone touch screen and press into it when scrolling. Also I don't use the "scroll bar" I just put my finger on the middle of the screen and flick it till I get to the button I need.

Truthfully I'm in the camp of thinking there are no need for scroll buttons to clutter up the neat and basic screen.

On the options menu that is a scroll bar on the right.
If you put your finger against the side of the screen you can easily scroll the menu without accidentally clicking an option.
I would still like up/down arrows on the option menus, it wouldn't clutter up anything but the option menu which does not reach the bottom of the screen anyway.

I would like to have easier access to the "lock screen". That would avoid a lot of undesired changes. As it works now, you never lock the screen simply because it's to much work to find and set it.
Ideally every screen you might want to have up for a while should have an easy way to do the "lock screen".

It seems like the scroll bar on the side of the screen was made to be used with a stylus like that of a PDA. You could leave it out entirely making the screen bigger if you put the up and down arrows at the bottom of every screen.

It would be nice to have a one peice keyboard as well it would be nice if you had to rotate the unit 90 degrees and it would fill up the entire screen it would make data entry a lot easier. Thanks.

The one-piece keyboard is in the works already, for the next fw update likely. This has been discussed before and will come out.

The scrolling system is too sensitive. I keep selecting items that I didn't want. Who knows what changes I have made by mistake.
- Make every scrollable page the same format.
- Make every scrollable page have up and down buttons.
- Make the scroll bar bigger or slightly transparent. Perhaps the right half or third of the screen can be used for scrolling and the remainder for selecting.

I am sure there is a better way.
