We have some easy Due It Yourself suggestions.
1) Make up a silicone or rubber plug. The dimensions are Top Width of the Plug is 10.05mm and 6.00mm thick with a 3.9mm stem that is 2.5mm deep.
2) Search for the source of this plug on Alibaba.com. You will find multiple sources. Search the phrase "silicone rubber cover/cap for flashlight switch on/off buttons" for sources.
The phrase is somewhat long. Remember that the Chinese are trying to use as many words so that their products are recognized.
Ask for a sample of the product you find. This way your costs will be minimum and you can order from different vendors until you find the correct one.
