It appears to be the same chassis as the GC. Likely more Utility/General purpose, than the GC, which is Geocaching-purpose for the most part. I like the look of it, with 500 Mb I would likely not run out of memory anytime soon. I'd just keep some select maps, rather than all of them (like on my Triton SD card). My plan is to get a new generation GPS this summer. It'll be either the 310, or the 510. Don't really need the turn-by-turn, and so long as there's a card slot, that's all I need. And it'll look way more cool than my buddy's Oregano !
