I've got an update on the handlebar mount, while cleaning up my den/living room I found a part I apparently dropped. :ohmy:

It's a fitting for the underside of the handlebar.
It holds a little tighter with the underside bracket.
Here's some pictures;

Phil, you've got mail .... 😉

I traded in my old Dodge for it in 05, thanks but you can keep the Ford. 🙂
And you can't see where some fool ran into the front left bumper, $800 damage with $500 deductible insurance! 🙁
Did you click on PUMP IT UP and listen to the stupid song?

Phil,

I like that way that you tease us in the last photo - you allow us to see the tracking bug symbol on your truck - however, you cover up the tracking number with the handlebars of your bike... You probably took a dozen pictures to make sure you got that right!!! 🙂

Nope, it was an accident to hide my Big Silver Bug's tracking # 561404
Go here if anyone wants to discover it - Phil's Big Silver Bug

The new mount from Magellan showed up, it came with a cradle for the GC and Ex10. 🙂
Easy to mount and it is solid looking. :cheer:
Doesn't move at all while banging over curbs and rough road. :cheer:
Has a rubber pad behind the unit for shock absorbing. :cheer:
It's too cold (36 F. brrrrr) to go for an extended ride. 🙁
I like it! :woohoo:
