Magellan Explorist 110 and 310 DUMPED Files for Repairing These Units
Here are the dumped files for the Magellan Explorist 110 and 310. They can used to repair these two units should then get an error message, encounter the development screen or freeze on the splash screen.

110 will not get past the opening splash screen
Somehow the internal files have been corrupted. If the unit is under warranty, call Magellan and return it. Here is a test that may help you repair the unit yourself.

310 After Firmware GPS Now When Unit Started Locks Up
This is caused by a problem in the update process. We do not know how this occurs but we do know that what has happened is that the 310 has become "unbranded". The user is seeing the Service Screen and it will not respond under this circumstance.

You can use 310 firmware in eXplorist GC and 110 units
New versions of 310 firmware may be used in eXplorists GC and 110. This firmware will allow you to use custom maps in these devices.

Just Received the NEW DISPLAY SCREENS from China for the 110 310 and GC
Broke your 110 310 or GC display. We have just received the New Display Screens from China. They address the daylight problems and have less glare and are Brighter and Better Contrast.
