GSAK can export files to several map types.
If you have a map of your area that uses one of these file types you can export geocache files to your map.
Here's the export menu from GSAK;

And here's some examples;
Streets & Trips - Cape Cod Massachusetts;

Streets & Trips - Barstow California area;

This is MapTech - Terrain Navigator.
Mount Washington, New Hampshire;
