Get the ZAG invisibleSHIELD, it's the best on the market.
They cost a little more but are well worth a few dollars extra.
After all, it's going on a $400 to $500 GPSr!
I found a universal size, 2.5" x 4" in a 3-pack for about $20 at Best Buy.

Thanks Phil!

I was able to pick up the iniversal 3-pack for $10.95 on E-bay

don't know why you would worry about it, the screen protecter works great and i beat the crap out of mine. rain, bogs, deep woods and it's still on.
i hope someday to pass it on to my girls, scratches and all.

Thanks for the responses. Either way it sounds like an easy fix. That's what I was looking for.

Just bought one on Ebay for a Google Nexus One,its about a quarter inch bigger than the 710 screen, cut it to fit my 710. I used the screen protector that came on the unit as a template to get the size right.
Works great and cost less than 4.00.

The triton is a bit too small.
I got a shield for an Explorist XL and cut it to fit for my 710.

The 610 would benefit, I think, from an Invisishield. However, I can't find one for that model.

Would the shield made for the Triton 2000 work?
