I agree with Gazelem, a darker background would be benifitial. When viewing the forum in a bright computer environment it is hard to tell when there are updated topics...The new topic/reply notices (1new, 2new,ect) are a tad small as well. As for an overall thing I prefer a darker background to reduce eyestrain.

The ability to do the switch ourselves would be nice, I am sure there are people that like the lighter colors as well. If it could be an option that could be chosen either via profile or at the end of the board as a dropdown menu would be nice.

I agree the forum colors aren't great. However, I rarely visit the actual forums. I just use the RSS feed. It too has it's problem, but I get to choose the colors that are in the "background" and can read it a lot easier.

I'm sure this is an easy fix but I'm finding it hard to quickly navigate the forum due to all of the light colors and white background. I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the overlay through the profile properties or if this had to be done on a higher level. Thanks and Happy Turkey Day everyone! Take care!
