Is Magellan abandoning the Hand held Market. Are we expected to see Magellan leave the hand held marketplace?

Actually current owners have better back than they had with Magellan Customer Support.  With Jungle Ghost Enterprises http://www.jungleghost.com backing up the users for service and this website for members assisting in the inquiries.  

The present users have never been supported to this extent by Magellan.  All Magellan can do is offer trade-in as they do offer any repairs.

Hi Peter,

Sadly, Magellan (MiTAC) has abandoned the Hand Held Marketplace.  As always their Customer Service is also a joke.  No help from that arena.  Looks like the Jungle Ghost repair shop is the only course open for repair as is this website.
